CareWire collects information that visitors voluntarily provide through magazine download registration and contribution forms.

Information collected

The forms request a name and email address, with optional organisation and role details. Contribution forms also collect a proposed title, summary and references. Website hosting may separately generate standard server logs.

Why we collect it

Reader details are used to record registered magazine downloads. Contributor details are used to review proposals and respond where appropriate. The current website does not require registration to read the PDF online.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in website-managed files, and editor access is restricted. The publisher should maintain access controls, backups and periodic deletion of records no longer necessary. Do not include patient-identifiable or confidential information in submissions.

Retention and deletion

A fixed automatic deletion schedule has not yet been implemented. If you have submitted information, contact the editor to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. We do not sell submitted details.
